1. Since most of the procedures of the parties are not transparent, the leaders can favour those close to them. 

2. Most of the parties have all the top members from one family. This doesn't give a fair chance to the ordinary workers. 

3. This is a challenge to democracy because people with less experience or popular support can also come to power.

1] Since political parties do not practice open and transparent procedures for their functioning , there are very few ways for an ordinary worker to rise to the top in a party. Those who happen to be leaders are in the position of unfair advantages of favouring people close to them or even their family members.

2] In many parties, top position are always controlled by the members of one family .

3] This is bad for democracy ,Since people who do not have adequate experience or popular support come to occupy the position of power .

4] Most political parties do not practise open & transparent procedure , ordinary members do not have any chance to rise to top in a party.In many parties top position are controlled by members of family or family members .EX, INC.
