Let the area be α

Side 1 = (8×2+10)

Side 2 = (6×3-3)

First and foremost solve each side ok

Side 1 = (8×2+10)

          ⇒(16+10)

          ⇒ 26

Side 2 = (6×3-3)

           ⇒(18-3)

           ⇒ 15

So now as you got both the sides then

as area of rectangle = l(length) × b(breadth)

So, the area  can be calculated now

As you want to know the algebraic expression so here is your answer

l × b = α

where l for length , b for breadth and α for area

Now I will solve

   l × b = α

⇒26 × 15 = 390

So here is your answer.
