e. How much energy is stored in 4m’ water collected in a reservoir at a height of 50m. (Given, 1m' water = 1000 kg)​

Given height = 50 metre

Total water quantity = 4m

acceleration due to gravity is 10m/s

So by formula of potential energy = MGH

Putting the values in above formula you get

50 × 4 × 10 = 500 × 4 = 2000 joule answer .
