Dear Ruchika
How are you doing? How are your parents doing? How is your younger brother Rohit doing? Is he still as well-known as ever?
So many people have lost their jobs, abandoned their normal lives, and spent an entire year at home. Who could have predicted that such a day would come for us to witness? Although the negative changes have been the most noticeable, there have also been some positive changes that have impacted our lives. We have more time with our families, more time to ourselves, and are no longer caught up in the rat race of life. This felt like a lesson as well as a golden opportunity to breathe and live a life other than the exhausting one we'd all been living.
However, I do wonder from time to time what life will be like in the future. It would take several years for the world to recover from the pandemic's devastating effects. Everyone has begun to adjust to the new normal and move on with their lives.
Have you ever considered what your life would be like in twenty years? Most of us would be content with our lives. Some of us will be married with our own families, while others will be having children; the possibilities are endless. I wonder if we will remember the difficulties we are currently experiencing. This time would be a distant memory to us in the future. We would have accepted all of our mistakes, guilts, accomplishments, and happiness as we discovered them along the way. I'm hoping for a peaceful life. That is all I desire for my future. Oh, and two pet dogs, of course. What are your thoughts?
I hope to hear from you soon; I'm curious about your thoughts and whether they are similar to mine or completely different. Please give my regards to your parents and my love to your brother. Take precautions.
Your lovingly,
Sakshi
