In square ABCD, ac is a diagonal
in ∆ ABC
by Pythagoras theorem
ac^2=ab^2+bc^2
196 = ab^2 +ab^2 ( because in square sides are equal)
196/2 =ab^2
98 = ab^2
√98=ab
area =ab*bc
=√98*√98
=98
