To solve this question, imagine the top and bottom faces of a cube to be gray and yellow respectively. In such a situation, any of the remaining 4 faces can be coloured accordingly. Assume the front face and the right sided face to be colored red and blue respectively.

Now, to place the remaining two colors, there are only 2 placements possible and that too by alternating the position of the colors. Hence, t is observed that option (b) will be satisfied in all situations.
