The correct option is (4) ellora sculptures.

They are carved out of massive basalt rocks. Being located in the Aurangabad in Maharashtra, it is the world's largest rock-carving monastery temple which is under the heritage and protection of UNESCO as well.

There are ore than 100 caves that are excavated from the sites near by and all are carved out of massive igneous rocks.
