We can see that the current in the circuit is zero by applying the Kirchhoff voltage theorem.

Total current in the loop is equal to zero  

That means

Current I = 0  

As the magnetic field is always proportional to the current which flows in the circuit,

Total magnetic field at the point P = 0

Field at point P is independent from the values of the circuit resistors.

Hence proved that the magnetic field B at the point P is zero for any set of values of the resistances.
