In rhombus ABCD

Side = 13 cm

One diagonalAD = 10 cm

1) By pythagoras theorem

OB² =AB ²- OA²

OB² = (13)² - (5)²

= 169 - 25

OB² =144

OB = root 144

OB = 12 cm

BC other diagonal = 2 (12)

= 24 cm

2) area of rhombus= 1/2 x d1 x d2

= 1/2 x 10 x 12

= 60 cm²
