Area = side × side

side =  \frac{14}{3} m \\ area =  {( \frac{14}{3} )}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{ {14}^{2} }{{3}^{2} }  =  \frac{196}{9}  \\  = 21 \frac{7}{9}  {m}^{2}
