10000 sq.m. = 1 hectare

90000 sq.m. =$\frac{1}{10000} \times 90000= 9 hectares$

So , Cost of planting grass on 1 hectare = Rs.75

Cost of planting grass on 9 hectares = $9 \times 75 =Rs.675$
