No of rubber bands per student=5
No of students=8
Therefore, required rubber bands=5*8=40
1bag=9 rubber bands.
Therefore, for 40bands the required no. of bags would be 5 as 5*9=45 which would be the least amount of bags required to satisfy the above condition.
