Earth is continuously pulling the moon towards it Centre still it does not fall on the earth. why?

the reason for that is as we know from the Newton's second law of force equal to mass into acceleration
if we rearrange it we get the result acceleration equal to mass upon force
and if we compare the mass of both moon and the earth the moon has the one fourth mass of the earth that is very low this mean Accelaration became low
and the attraction between earth and moon is hardly noticeable
