football is one of the outdoor games. the game was first played in England in a scientific way in 1863. games like football was played in China and in Florence in the 16 century.
the game is played with a large round ball. the ball is made of leather. it is played on a large field. the field is 120 yards long and 80 yards wide. at each side of the field there are two posts. the ports are 20 feet apart. there is a boil on the posts. the game is played between two teams, with 11 players on each side. there are one goalkeeper, two backs, three half backs and five forwards on each side. the goal keeper stands between the two goal posts. its side tries to kick the ball to the goal of the opposite side. the team which sports greater number of goals in its favour win the game. when both sides score equal number of goals, or there is no goal, is called a drawn game.

My favorite sport is Cricket and sports person is Virat Kohli. Underneath his captainship Indian Under-19 cricket team won World Cup in 2008. He is one of the finest batsmen of our country. Now Virat is captain of Indian Cricket team. His aggression on the field, positive attitude and confident are the qualities that attracts me a lot. He has consistently performed and produced remarkable moments in cricket by helping Indian team to win many matches. He is rates one of the best batsman in the world.
