Eating snacks is every teenager’s favorite. I also like eating snacks such as potato chips, chocolate and candy. One important thing we should know is that eating snacks is harmful to our bodies. Eating snacks is a bad habit for teenagers. If you eat a lot of snacks, you will become a fat boy or girl.

Chocolate is something that is delicious and you want to eat it immediately. If I have money, I will buy it right now and then eat all of them in 5 minutes. Wow! That’s terrible, isn’t it? I used to do it when I was a child. My parents bought me a lot of snacks and I would eat them all in one week, sometimes in just two or three days. Ha Ha, so nowadays, I am a fat girl and I never get a good result in PE.

What makes me like that? It is snacks. What do you think about eating snacks? Some people think eating snacks will make them fat while others think eating snacks can make them happy. When I eat snacks, I don’t care anything. Now, I feel very sorry about eating snacks because it is really harmful to my body.

First, you will become fat and you will lose your body shape, other people think you are so ugly. Second, you will lose your confidence, you will not have brave to choose the clothes you like and you will think yourself is so ugly and no one loves you.

Third, you will feel hard to run or play other sports. At last, you will not play sports anymore, and will become a fat girl or boy. So, what can help you lose your weight and keep fit?

Sport such as running, cycling and playing ball games can make you fitter than before. Among all the sports, I think swimming is the best which can consume your extra energy.

As for eating, you can eat more vegetables and fruit, they are healthy for your body. You can also eat little snack and meat, of course.

At last, I want to emphasize that snacks are very harmful to your body. Don’t eat too many snacks but more fruit and vegetables! Everyone who doesn’t want to be ugly and fat should start playing sport and stop eating snacks, too.

whenever we are hungry we are eating our favourite snacks . everyone have there own choice . some people like biskets , dry fruits .
