We know very well that electronic gadgets made our life very easy and these also are harmful for our health.We are addicted of these we cannot imagine our life without electronic gadgets.Overdependence on electronic gadgets shows a very danger signal.
Harmful effects of electronic gadgets are :
✔️ due to over dependence on electronic gadgets spoil our health at large scale. and creates so many problems in our body such as neck pain back pain wrist pain arm pain head pain and so many types of pain. because our youngsters spendmost of their time on electronic gadgets.
✔️ due to overuse of electronic gadgets made our life very very tough because our sleeping pattern has change and we donot take proper rest / sleep due to over use of electronic gadgets so this creates so many problems in out body which is a negative signal to our health.
✔️overuse of electronic gadgets increase the chances of cancer in our body because because the radiations which are emitted from electronic gadgets kills our neurones and pecans our immune system.it is true that radiations are Amit from electronic gadgets and these radiations are very very harmful to our body. beacons weakens of eyes and lack of concentration power are the bad results of overuse of electronic gadgets.
✔️ in youngesters the lack of concentration power is a very big problem which is created by overuse of electronic gadgets in those days. obesity is also a major problem created by overuse of electronic gadgets.
