Have you ever seen children working at
a restaurant, in a factory, as rag pickers
or as household help? Why do these
children work instead of going to school?
How do you think these children feel
when they see other children going to
school? What can be done to help them?

Yes, I've seen many children working in restaurants many times. They are poor. So that they have to work for their delay living. But this is totally bad , because every child in our country has a right to education. The children may feel to go to school like others do. But the thing they cannot go make them sad deep inside. Government can start various schemes and policies to help such children and if population is decreased then we have not this problem. Lesser the amount of children, less are indulge into these type of activities. You can also donate some money to help them or buy them some sort of clothes.

Thanks

Answer: The children coming from poor families, don't have enough money afford education, even though the government provides free schools for poor children, the child's parents would want them to work and earn money to support the family. So, these children are forced not to go to school and start working at a very young age, being very young the get jobs like rag-picking, cleaning works. Though child labour is illigal some people still do it.
