yeah it is true that education always doesn't mean the employability, as in india the education system is far behind what the parents think. In india Education now became degree oriented rather than job oriented which means just acquiring degree not skills and knowledge .And this is not that concept which india and other countries want. there is lack of vocationalisation and curriculum activites which mostly provides the skills.
