Education is the most important factor in human resource development.Justify this statement with suitable examples.

human beings are also called resource. because they have the ability, skill, knowledge to find new uses of the existing resources and to find new resources. a thing becomes a resource only when it's utility has been identified. eg:- oil has existed on earth for million of years, but it became a resource only when man learnt to use it for transport and many other uses. so, when a thing becomes useful, it becomes a resource.
