The efficacy of Fusarium oxysporum(S9 and P12) and Trichoderma atroviride (MT-20 and S2) isolates against R. similis was evaluated. The isolates were inoculated to banana (Musa AAA cv. Williams) plants singly or in combination (MT-20 + S2 and S9 + P12 as the dual inoculation treatments, and MT-20 + S2 + S9 + P12 as the multiple inoculation treatment) by immersing the roots of the plants in conidial suspension for 5 minutes. The plants were grown in pots, then inoculated with R. similis at 2 weeks after planting. Two months after nematode inoculation, the total number of nematodes in roots and nematode density were lower in plants inoculated with endophytes than in the control plants.
