the impacts of globalization are as folows:
positive impacts:
i) consumer: globalization provided the consumers with a vast number of choices.
ii) employment: globalization provided indian people employment. For Eg: tata motors and Mc Donalds came into india which provided employment to indian people.
iii) infrastructure: as the foreign countries are being set up in india, the infrastructure for indian industries is also improving.
negative impacts:
i) employment only for english speaking people: there is employment only for english speaking people such as in BPOs and call centres.
ii) small producers: the small producers such as toy producers and etc; are not able to competete with the big industries.
iii) exploitation of labours: job security was lost. their working hours increased an holidays increased.
