TEA is brought to India by BRITISH peoples; tea plants grow especially in cold regions.Tea is medicine only for those peoples who have low blood pressure.
Peoples who are living in cold regions like Europe, CANADA,USA & few parts on India like J & K, Himachal, Uttrakhand, peoples from these regions ,generally have low blood pressure, so tea is very useful for them. Tea can give immediate rise in blood pressure.
But peoples who stay in hot areas of INDIA like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamilnadu etc. & any other hot countries of world. Where temperature is normal or high in summer, most of peoples have normal or high blood pressure. Tea is very harmful for them, if you continue to drink tea for many years in hot areas.
It can lead to disease of hypertension. Those who are suffering with high blood pressure, it is recommended that they should stop drinking tea or coffee immediately.
Tea is acidic in nature. Peoples living in cold religions have less acidic blood, so tea helps them to get normal level of acidity.
But peoples living in hot areas, if drinks tea, there blood will become more acidic, so it will be harmful for them.
Never take tea with empty stomach, after awakening from sleep. After awakening from sleep, around 2 to 3 glass water should be drink. It will reduce your stomach acidity.
Peoples, who have addiction of tea, if want to leave this habit, they can choose option of Arujn tea (Terminalia Arjuna), it is alkaline in nature. It will help to recover bad effects of tea. In INDIA lot of other herbal tea products are available which are alkaline in nature.
Ajwain & Cumin (Hindi word- Jeera) are alkaline in nature, you can make its tea, instead of sugar use jaggery (hindi word Gud).It will also help to reduce acidity of blood and make it neutral..................
