Egg has two parts; egg white and yolk. Egg white contains albumins, mucoproteins and globulins with almost no fat and less than 1% of carbohydrates whereas yolk is highly enriched in lipids and fats.  

Naturally, albumin is produced in the liver and helps in the regulation of Oncotic Pressure of blood whereas lipids and fats help in providing energy to produce hormones.
