force can stop a moving body
for ex:- if a person hit a football in a direction then the other person will apply the force on the football from opposite direction then the football will stop.

for ex:- you are pushing a box with a force then box will came in motion

effects of force are
1 change in the state of the motion eg.take a rubber ball and place it on a smooth level surface .gently push the ball it's starts moving .Now push it harder so there is a change in it's speed
