Explanation:there is no consensus on its context, causation, direction and impact. Uneven and unequal, it is affecting, directly as well as indirectly, every country, developing or developed. However, the severity of its impact, positive or negative, is directly dependent upon the capacity of each country to respond to the challengers posed by the globalization itself.

Despite its being a universal and historical phenomenon, it is easy to understand but difficult to define Globalization as there is no consensus regarding its precise definition. For this essay, I would quote the following definition given by Manfred Steger
