Positive and negative idea was created by physicists and the positive term could have been allotted to electron likewise.

Yet at the same time the conduct of electron would have been same in the electric field and attractive field as now subsequent to being called negative.

During this point we would call that molecule have negative charge and whichever molecule will act in inverse approach to electron in connected electric and attractive field then we would call it as positive charged.
