It is because .....the ice is in freezed form in refrigerator i.e. it is at 0 degree Celsius but when we take it out it's temperature increases due to more temperature outside......As we all know that, water vapours are present in the atmosphere so, when ice - filled glass comes in contact with vapours it condense them thus, they seems on the glass.

So, this is due to condensation of water vapours present in the atmosphere.....
