$\displaystyle\sf{Amount \: of \:water = 35 \times \frac{1}{5} = 7 \: litre }$

Now 7 liters of water is added to it

So total amount of water = 7 + 7 = 14 litre

Total amount of milk = 28 litre

Hence the required ratio of milk and water

= 28 : 14
