With 45 rupees, you will get = 45×3 = 135 chocolate and 135 wrapper
with 135 wrappers, you will get = 135 ÷ 3 = 45 chocolates 45 wrapper
with 45 wrappers, you will get = 45 ÷ 3 = 15 chocolates 15 wrapper
with 15 wrappers, you will get = 15 ÷ 3 = 5 chocolates 5 wrapper

with 5 wrappers, you will get = 5 ÷ 3 = 1 chocolates 1 wrapper
(And you will have extra two unused wrappers from earlier. So total = 2+1=3 wrappers)

You can get 1 more chocolate with that 3 wrappers.

So total chocolates = 135+45+15+5+1+1 = 202 chocolates

With 1 rupee we get 3 chocolates, 
then with 45 rupees we get = 45 * 3 = 135 chocolates and 135 wrappers
no of set of three covers = 135/3 = 45
so now we get 45 chocolates.
with 45 chocolates we get 45 wrappers which gives 45/3 = 15 sets of three wrappers
so now we get 15 more chocolates.
with 15 chocolates we get 15 wrappers which gives 5 sets of three wrappers
so now we get 5 chocolates.
with 5 chocolates we get 5 wrappers. from 5 wrappers three wrappers gives 1 chocolate.
Now we have 2 wrappers from the previous five chocolate wrappers and 1 wrapper from the free chocolate. Totally we have another set of three wrapper which gives 1 more chocolate.
Therefore total no. of chocolates = 135 + 45 + 15 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 202 chocolates
