F = 12A + 8 => F = 12(A + 1) - 4
=> F + 4 = 12(A + 1)
F = 14B + 10 => F = 14(B + 1) - 4
=> F + 4 = 14(B + 1)
Hence F + 4 is the LCM of 12 and 14
12 = 2 * 2 * 3
14 = 2 * 7
LCM = 2 * 2 * 3 * 7 = 84
F + 4 = 84
=> F = 80
