MESTA- The MESTA was a powerful association of sheep ranchers in the medieval crown of castile.
FLOCCULATION-In the field of chemistry this is a process where in colloids come out of suspension in the terms of floc or flake either spontaneously or due to the addition of a clarifying agent.

Well the basic meaning of Mesta is,
It is and association of Spanish sheep farmers which are formed to regulate sheep raising and to prevent cultivation of pastureland.
And flocculation means,
Well it is a process in which flocculants ie specific compounds are added to the solution thus forming a clot like mass of you may say precipitated of lumps like structure is known as flocculation .
