= pi (R^2 -r^2)h
vol of outer - inner cylinder = 22/7(30^2 - 28 ^ 2) * 90
vol = 22/7(900- 784)*90
vol= 22/7*116*90
vol of 01 sphere = 4/3 *22/7 *1
no. of sphere balls required to cover vol = (22/7*116*90)/22/7*4/3*1
=13920 spherical bal;ls
