Political competitions create a sense of disunity. Political parties use dirty tricks to win the elections.They often level allegations. But in a long run political competition is beneficial. The leaders know that if they take decisions that the people want them to take then their chances of winning the next election increases and if they don't do so they may lose the elections.Therefore competitions force the political leaders to serve the people.
