When an electric current is passed through three bulbs connected in the series ad one bulb blows off, all the other bulbs also stop glowing.
This is because n a series connection only one path is there to the current inflow and outflow.
However, when the three bulbs are connected parallel, and one is blown off, the other two bulbs continue to glow as they are connected via multiple paths.
