Hey mate here is your answer⤵⤵

⛧Large AC motors (used in things like factory machines) work in a slightly different way: they pass alternating current through opposing pairs of magnets to create a rotating magnetic field, which "induces" (creates) a magnetic field in the motor's rotor, causing it to spin around.

Hope this answer will help you!!✅✅

hyy....
here is ur answer.....

WORKING OF ELECTRIC MOTOR
when an electric current is passed through the rectangular coil it produces magnetic field around the coil which causes coil to rotate. in rectangular coil direction of current is A to B by applying Fleming left hand rule we can find the direction of magnetic forces and current.

when coil reaches vertical position brushes P and Q will touch the gap between two rings and connect to the point is cut off. after half rotation, when the coil goes beyond the vertical position the commulator rings changes its position itself. the reversal of direction of current reverses the direction of force acting on the coil. the reversing of the current in the coil is repeated after every half rotation due to which the coil continue to rotate as long as current from the battery is passed through it. the rotating shaft of electric motor can drive electric motor.

hope it helps
thanks...
