Answer the following questions:

(i) How many units will be consumed if all bulbs are changed to CFL’s?

UNits consumed by Bulbs  = 1480 Units

Let say Bulb consume  B units

Number of Bulbs = 1480/B

CFL consume = B/4  units

Number of CFLs = 1480/B  ( as all bulbs replaced by CFL)

Units consumed by CFLs   = (B/4)(1480/B)   = 370 units
