The Electric energy is in form of current flow..

The electric energy turn the motor and the blades of the fan .

At this point electric energy is converted to kinetic energy.

The blades move ,and push the air molecules .

The kinetic energy is transferred to the air molecules thus there is flow of air molecules.

We see that in this case matter is involved.
