According to the Bohr's atomic model, the Electrons used to revolve around the nucleus that consist of proton and neutron but the electrons also revolve in fixed energy shells or orbits.

The lower the energy shell , lower to energy of that shell. 
So, statement is 100%true. 

Bohr said that, " energy of first orbit is reduced Planck Constant , energy of second orbit is 2× reduced Planck Constant , energy of third orbit is 3× reduced Planck Constant and so on.... 

Basically, in Bohr's atomic model, energy is quantized in each energy shell.
