Electrition A takes 15 minutes to fix a ceiling fan while electrition B takes 18 minutes for the same.to be working together how long will they take to fix 22 fans?

Given, time taken by A to fix a fan = 15 mins
Time taken by B to fix a fan = 18 mins
Together A and B fix part of fan in 1 min = 1/15 + 1/18
= (6+5) / 90
= 11/90
So A and B together will fix the man in 90/11 mins
Time taken by A and B together to fix 1 fan = 90/11 mins
Time taken by A and B together to fix 22 fans = 90/11 x 22 = 90 x 2 = 180 mins
Hence A and B can fix 22 fans in 180 mins by working together.
