answer : visible rays

There are seven waves in electromagnetic radiation.

e.g., radio waves : range of wavelength is (10^-1m - 10^6 m).

micro waves : range of wavelength is (10^-3m - 10^-1m).

infrared waves : range of wavelength is (0.7 × 10^-6m - 10^-3 m).

visible rays : range of wavelength is (0.4 × 10^-6 m - 0.7 × 10^-6 m)

ultraviolet rays : range of wavelength is (10^-8 m - 0.4 × 10^-6 m)

x-rays : range of wavelength is (10^-13 m -10^-8m)

gamma rays : range of wavelength is (10^-16m - 10^-13m)

from above it is clearly shown that wavelength of visible radiation lies between 0.4nm to 0.7nm
