10 men can finish a piece of work in 10 days where as it takes 12 women to finish it in 10 days if 15 men and 6 women undertake to complete the same work how many days will they take to complete it

1 man = 100days

12 women =v10days

1 woman = 120 days

15 men’s 1 day work = $\large (\frac{100}{15} )$ days $\large( \frac{20}{3} )$

6 women’s 1 day work = $\large( \frac{120}{6} ) = 20$

(15 men+6 women)’s 1 day work $\large = ( \frac{3}{20} + \frac{1}{20} ) = \frac{4}{20} = \frac{1}{5}$

Total no of days = 5 days
