Sir,

On 14th Feb, 2016, I have purchased an AC from one of authorized dealer Snehanjali showroom in Andheri West,Mumbai. Its model no. is RT36JSRZESP and bill no. is E588426A. The air conditioner was delivered to my place at 10 P.M at night without informing the time of delivery and as I bought this in exchange of my AC, the delivery man was in hurry to install the new AC and take the old one. They have not given us time to check and verify the product.

Next morning, when we were checking the product, it was not giving out any air and was not working.

I immediately informed the dealer about the defect in the refrigerator and personally visited the dealer but they are not ready to replace the product after continuous follow ups and 100 of calls to dealer they got agreed to give us the replacement which took almost 10-12 days.

After installation it was working fine for 1-2 days but then its cooling system has broken down.

I immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on customer Service Call Centre. The customer service people (on the call) guided several times to do some temperature settings which I did but the problem is as is it and after various complaints which can verified at India IVR system, one of engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the “Thermostat” but again after 4-5 days the same problem occurs with additional problem of dust on its web and again I called customer service centre and engineer came and said the cooling is not proper, I need to change additional some door rubber which now I refused to do so as many experiments were done by engineers.

Therefore, I request to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period. I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority.
