I William, staying in residential area which comes under your limit, I am writing this mails to take action on miscreants creating nuisance with their rash bike riding.

There are children playing across the road, elderly people used to walk around the streets, even its difficult to cross the road to reach grocery shops.

There may be a chances of dangerous accidents, So please take actions according to the issue immediately.
