I recently purchased a smart phone at maga sale here which was organised by your company's dealer. But within three days the phone started malfunctioning. The dealer refused to listen to my complain even though I have shown them the purchase receipt and the one year warranty card.

I therefore request you to instruct your dealer to replace the phone immediately. The receipt of my purchase and the one year warranty card are enclosed.

I shall be grateful to you if the replacement is done as soon as possible. In case the replacement is not done early, I will have no other option but to approach the consumer forum and file a complain against your company.
