Greetings Sir,
I would like to apologise deeply on behalf of the company for the delay in the delivery of the order. I know we had assured a ten-day delivery from the showroom, however, due to the shutdown of the factory for preventive maintenance the delivery was delayed.
I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. The delivery will be made as soon as possible, mostly by next week. We humbly ask for your cooperation.
