If she is employed she did not get time to her child, she will not have time to talk with her child if this happens no caring on babies,no love on babies they become bad no emotions,no caring etc will not be seen in them .
Those who give importances to both work and child are gud even though they face difficulties they earn money and look after her child.Few give importances to only work are they only responsible for their child coming behavior and few women give importances to only child are facing problem in earning money and manage their family expenditures.

Now-a-days women are getting opportunity in all sectors of occupation . Many women studied and doing job . Many women are now educated. Besides working she is a mother .
She have to go to work and at the same time she have to look after her child. Now-a-days few employed mothers are leaving their child in child care centers or with house-maid. We hear news where babies are seen kidnapped or killed . We all know that home is the place where we find ourself safe . We can't trust all the people especially when it comes to child. Few mothers are perfectly handling both child and job . The relation between a child and mother is different from the relation between a child and employed mother .
