I can explain you with help of an example.
Suppose there is a field and the owners and all the family members, i.e. for example 10 members, go to the field for irrigation but 10 members are not required for that.
So, here a situation takes place which is known as disguised unemployment.
So, this concept of sharing work in the field and the produce raised reduces the hardship of unemployment in the rural sector.
