Answer:

We have,

(a) principal(p)=Rs1200

Rate(R)=12%

Time(t)=3year

S.I=

100

P×R×T

=

100

1200×12×3

=Rs432

amount=P+S.I

=1200+432

=1632

(b)P=7500

rate(r)=5%

T=3year

Answer:

(a) Given P = 1200, R = 12%, T = 3 years.

We know that SI = P*R*T/100

                           = 1200 * 12 * 3/100

                           = 43200/100

                           = 432.

We know that Amount = Principal + Interest

                                     = 1200 + 432

                                     = 1632.

The amount to be paid = 1632 rupees.

(b) Given P = 7500, R = 5%, T = 3 years.

We know that SI = PRT/100

                           = 7500 * 5 * 3/100

                           = 112500/100

                           = 1125.

We know that Amount = Principal + Interest

                                     = 7500 + 1125

                                     = 8625.

The amount to be paid = 8625 rupees.

Hope my answer helps u dear
