energy can be converted into mass as well as mass can be converted into energy. Is this statement true or false? give reason for your answer.

yes it is true because it is the law of einstien
(i.e) E= mc2 . so it is absolutely correct.

Yes,it is true because energy can neither can be destroyed nor be created and it can only be converted into any other energy forms.
This can also be justified by Einstein equation that is E=MC^2.
