Energy can neither be created nor destroyed then why there is lack of energy

Because energy is constantly getting changed from one form to another. And when all the energy is converted the then there is a lack of the previous form of energy.

It is not created and nor destroyed but it is changed to other types of energy and hence their is lack of energy. That is electric energy is changed into light energy everywhere.
